For those who wish to develop a professional career, the option exists.

By default, each player starts the game with 4 Leptons (the game's currency) as their base salary. It's up to them to develop their skills to reach a salary of 15 Leptons.

Each player has a figurine to track progress. For salaries, it's the bottom part.

The left part (brain) records progress in studies, which are at level 3. Higher education University Doctorate

The center part will record promotions, which are at level 4.

However, to obtain certain promotions, one must have increased their experiences (right part -> star) and have a certain standing in terms of housing.
